In Winsuninflatables, safety is our priority. Our ways help everyone to stay safe while having fun. It is very important that ride attendants watch out for the safety of participants and observe the following rules:

• Always have at least one trained adult to supervise riders at all times.
• Do not use slide as bouncer
• Instruct all passengers to ride individually. Single riders only
• Never jump,flip or somersault off top of slide
• Supervisor should not allow participants to slide down until slide landing area is clear of riders.
• Rider should sit down at the top of the slide with their feet out in front and then push off going feet first only.
• Keep landing areas clear at all times
• Do not throw or drop any object from or towards a ride
• Do not operate inflatable rides in heavy wind (above 20 mph) or rain

Do you know how to repair bounce house?

Bounce houses are thrown into business often, you should know how to fix your
bounce house if it develops a tear or puncture.
Here we teach you two repair ways according to two different problems.

• Repair object: tear or puncture on PVC

     Repair kits: ruler, hair dryer, glue, PVC patch

     Repair steps:
     1,Cut out the patch that is large than the puncture.
     2,The patch must be out in a circle or have rounded edges to prevent peeling
     3,Make sure the area is properly cleaned.Rubbing alcohol may be used to            clean a tear surface.
     4,For vinyl or nylon, apply the glue on back of patch and apply it over the
       puncture and press firmly to obtain proper adhesion.
     5,Once repair is complete, do not inflate the bounce house for at least 2          hours.
     6,Tips:
       Don’t use a bicycle repair kit patch. It is for rubber not vinyl
       The bounce house is a vinyl type plastic and Wal-Mart or any other major          store has what are called "vinyl repair kits".

• Repair object: tear on thread stitching part

     Repair kits: PVC patch, needle, thread or PVC patch and sewing machine

     Steps:
     1,Cut the patch to fit over the tear with an extra inch of the patch on each        side
     2,Using needle to sew the patch with each side all along
     3,Repeat the step 2 on the other side
     4,Or you can use sewing machine to fix the bounce house

     2,Using double stitch even quadruple-stitched to fix the tear

As we all know,children are lack of the realization about safety.However every child likes playing with inflatables.Parents should know the Safety Operating Instructions about Inflatables

Nowadays, more and more bouncers provide fun and excitement for people.However,we need to pay more attention to player’s safety.Let me give you a few precautions listed as following:

1.Number of the riders should be limited to the number specified on the label located on the back, side of the inflatable near the air tube.

2.No flips,wrestling, diving or extreme horseplay is allowed while on the ride.

3.Always exit the inflatable legs firsts.

4.Do not run to the inflatable to get a head start.

5.No running,No Horse Play,No Diving.

6.All enclosed inflatables,including bouncers and combos come with emergency exits on the roof top.Please locate them and get familiar with them;be sure to learn the way they should be used in case of an emergency evacuation.

7.Contact Winsun Inflatables if the safety rules label is not readable or missing.It’s your responsibility to check that the label is clean and visible to the customer at all the times.

8.Inspect the inflatable before each use.

9.Some games including: Home Run Challenge(H.R.C), and Giant Basketball Hoop (G.B.H) require additional clearance around the game. Make sure no one stands near to batting person on H.R.C and no one goes under the Basketball hoop on G.B.H while participant is throwing the ball, this may cause serious injuries.

10.If the wind becomes excessive (25 mph or more), unload occupants and deflate the ride.

How to deflate and pack a bouncer?

Before Deflating
1.Before breaking down any game, inspect the game for any damages and repair as
necessary.Remove all accessories that may be applicable to the game.This may include items such as harnesses, backing plates, bungee cords, etc… Be sure to use a quality broom and sweep the surface of the game free of any debris Check to make sure that no sharp objects have fallen into the seams of the game i.e. pens,rocks, etc.also make sure the game is dry, if not, please dry the game.
2.Buckle any plastic snaps to reduce the possibility of entanglement in the mesh If the unit steps attached to it, we highly recommend removing the steps and rolling them separately.This is to ensure the life span and quality of the steps.
Deflating
3.Turn off and unplug the blower fan. As the game begins to deflate, go around and unlock the strap that secures the blower tube to the blower. Unhook the strap on the other blower tube to allow air to escape. If the unit has zippers. Unzip the zipper to speed up the deflation process.
4.Pull out the stakes around the unit and pack them up
5.Walk from front to back of the unit to move any remaining air towards the blower tubes.
Folding
6.Fold in the base of the unit all the way around and walk around the unit to remove any air.
7.Now make two half folds to the middle and walk around to remove any air.
8.Fold in the half folds and again walk around removing any remaining air. You are ready to roll.
Rolling
9.Prior to rolling the game, make sure that there is no excessive air and the fold is firm. Start your roll from the front of the unit and roll it up like a sleeping bag. Keep pushing and flattening the roll as you go. You may also want to have someone walk on the roll in front of you.
10.At the end of the roll, the blower tubes must be on the outside. Slide the straps under the unit and then run the end of the straps through the rings on the other end of the straps, pull tight. Loop the end of the strap around and tie a tight slipknot.
Storing the Game
11.Place the storage bag over the end of the game and work it down as far as you can.It is important.
12.at you work the bottom of the bag down to the top of the roll. Rotate the game 180 degrees and pull the bag over the top of the game/ Tie the bag closed. Use a two wheel dolly to transport the unit, blower and accessories. Now you are ready to pack up and leave.

Water walking ball usage of rules

Water Ball Usage Rules:

1. Never use without adult supervision
2. Always test and check product and equipment before use
3. Always lubricate zipper before use
4. Always check safety equipment before use
5. User must be at least 5 years old, and be able to swim
6. User must not weigh more than 90 KG
7. User must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other stimulus
8. User must not have undergone surgery within the last 6 months
9. Never use in stormy water, or if there are strong currents
Usage of water-walking ball:

 The water walking ball is inflated with a special pump, when fully inflated the ball contains enough air for 45 minutes of continuous use, but we recommend to always refill the ball with fresh air after 10 minutes of use.The water ball can be used at very low water level, and 40-50 cm of water is sufficient for the user to have tons of fun.
When using the water ball the user should empty their pockets of sharp objects
and remove their shoes before climbing into the water ball.There can only be one
person inside the water ball at a time, this is to make sure that the users does
not collide and hurt each other.The maximum weight allowed in the water ball is
90 KG People suffering of high blood pressure, heart problems, epilepsy or claustrophobia are not recommended to use the water ball nor if you are visibly
 drunk or affected by drugs.

How to repair Zorb Balls?

How to repair zorb balls,here is the answer.
1. Be sure the hole area is clean and dry.
2. Cut off one TPU patch piece from patch and be sure this piece of TPU is clean and dry.
3. Smear Resin Adhesive onto both zorb hole are and TPU patch piece.
4. Wait a moment, until Resin Adhesive is dry on both hole area and TPU patch piece (use finger to touch Resin adhesive, if finger does not paste by Resin adhesive, then it's ok, go to next step)
5. Paste patch piece onto zorb hole area.
6. Press on adhesive area, make patch piece can be pasted on zorb smoothly and tightly sealed.
7. Wait for 20 minutes, or use hair dryer blow on repaired area, made temperature raise to  40-50°C and wait 10-15 minutes ,then you can inflate zorb again.
8. Double smear resin adhesive onto zorb ball and patch piece if necessary to reinforce adhesive function.
Caution:
1. Do not get out from Zorb ball immediately once ball stop rolling, please stay
in zorb ball 1-2 minutes before getting out.
2. As zorb ball is with high speed when in rolling, it is not suitable for age under 10 nor age over 55.
